The video lesson files are in .mp4 format and can be played on most devices. The audio practice tracks are .mp3 format. The tabs come in both PDF and TEF formats and can be printed out for your convenience.

I Just Purchased A Lesson, How Do I Access My Files?

All of the downloadable files will be located in your “Downloads” section on your “My Account” page. If you want to stream the lesson, it will be available in your “Lesson Pages” section on your “My Account” page. An e-mail receipt will also be sent to you with links to all the files available for download. Refer back to either at any time if you want to download the files again.

What Types Of Payments Will You Accept?

You can pay with Credit Card or via Paypal for any store purchase or membership. If you’d like to pay by check or money order, you can send me an e-mail at [email protected] and I can give you the mailing info. I cannot accept checks or money orders for memberships since those are recurring payments.

What Are Download Credits And How Do I Use Them?

Download Credits can be redeemed in the store as a way for Pro and Pro+ members to download lessons. Each time your subscription renews, your download credits renew. Tabs are one download credit and video lessons are two download credits. Just select the download credit option during checkout. Make sure you use your download credits each month because they expire and are renewed each time your subscription renews!

Otherwise your all access membership allows you unlimited streaming of all the lesson pages so feel free to work on as many lessons as you want during the month!

Will My Lessons That I Purchased On Your Old Website (Gumroad) Still Work?

Yes! I will be keeping that account open so you can access any of those purchases. If you want to transfer the purchases to my new site (recommended) you can send me an e-mail at [email protected]. Let me know your e-mail address you used for purchase and the e-mail of your new account (if different) I can add your old lessons to your new account!

How Do I Sign Up For A Free Membership? Is It Always Free?

You can go to the Membership Sign Up Page and click Basic or go to Free Membership and sign up in the store. The Basic Membership is always free. At checkout, the membership says it renews every year but that’s just the subscription renewing, don’t worry, you’ll never be charged for a Basic Membership or lose your access!

How Do I Change My Password?

You can change your password anytime by going into “My Account” and click “Change My Details.

How Do I Access Members Content?

You can access all the member’s content for your current membership level in your My Account dashboard. You’ll see a section entitled “Member’s Area.” Click that and a new window will open with the Member’s Area and you can browse and access all the lessons.

Can You Mail Me DVD's Of The Lessons?

No, sorry I don’t have the ability to make DVD’s of the lessons. You can however make a DVD of the video file for yourself if you’re interested. Many DVD’s are also coming with a USB port so another option is to load the video lessons onto a USB flash drive and play it through your DVD player that way.

Will You Tab Out My Favorite Banjo Solo For Me?

Possibly. As a rule, I don’t tab out other artist’s solos and make them available for sale unless I have that artist’s permission. However, if there’s a song you like, I might be able to create my own version of it. I Don't Purchase A Lot Of Stuff Online. Is My Credit Card Info Secure?

Why Are Your Video Lessons Split Into 3 or 4 Different Files?

I do this to make downloading and navigating through the video lessons as easy as possible. The video files get quite large and it’s easier to download them separately if you’re on a slower connection. Plus, it’s very difficult to fast forward and rewind a video with your banjo picks on!

How Is Purchasing A Single Lesson Different Than A Membership?

Purchasing a single lesson grants you access to that lesson forever. You can download or stream the lesson as many times as you want after you’ve purchased it. Memberships grant you access to ALL the content, but only as long as your membership is active. Memberships renew on a monthly or yearly basis. More info at the Membership Sign Up Page.

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

Go to https://www.mikeheddingmusic.com/my-account/subscriptions/ and you’ll see your active membership. Click the “View” button and you will see an option that says “Cancel.”
